Amongthese, we offer more than 195 multi-discipline majors and degreesdesigned to prepare students for purposeful lives andcareers.About the Opportunity:The Office of Student Affairs is seeking a motivated and adaptableindividual to serve as the Vice Chancellor of Network Initiativessupporting the Senior Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.Reporting directly to the Senior Vice Chancellor they will play ahands-on, executive-level role, serving as a strategist, advisorand executor to ensure that initiatives are aligned with thepriorities of the Senior Vice Chancellor. The ViceChancellor-Network Initiatives will have high-level managementskills along with top-level strategic insight and the ability toassist and lead in the implementation of organizational initiativesthat impact student engagement. The Vice Chancellor will play avisible role in advancing broad Student Affairs objectives whileoverseeing the Center for Student Involvement, New StudentOrientation and Parent Programs, Event Management, and SummerConference Programs. The vice chancellor’s overarching objectivewill be to develop and execute on programs that support robuststudent engagement and interaction. They will be responsible forcurating a consistent welcoming community that reflectsNortheastern’s commitment to student belonging and empowerment andis responsible for creating meaningful opportunities and supportstructures that enhance student development, involvement, andleadership engagement across the global network from pre-college toalumni.
