We will not renege on our responsibilities to make the necessary funding and resources available to fight COVID and take care of our people’s social and economic needs if and when it becomes necessary.”Hon Austrie was speaking on a radio show when he said,“This wanton vanity kind of approach to a resolution to the problem is not going to help us because we have to provide for the next three or four months down the road if and when a hurricane comes.”He says Government could “be called upon again to make contributions to the economic and social life of the people of Dominica, may God forbid.” Sharecenter_img Tweet Share Sharing is caring!last_img
